Naughty N’ Nice Day 31

Here are the Sadie X Havoc puppies at day 31. They are quite used to their ex-pen apartments in our dining room. Mostly they like climbing on people who come to visit, sit to be picked up, eating, and wrestling with big stuffed toys.

January Pupdate

Naughty N’ Nice

Sadie and Havoc’s Naughty N’ Nice litter who were born December 17th, are currently 5 weeks old! They have been moved from the whelping box to a more permanent set of ex-pen apartments in our dining room. We’re trying to get them to “potty” in wood shavings in a plastic bin. It’s um, hit or miss as they say. They are rough housing, sleeping a lot, eating a lot, and have found out that laps are the best place to be (so vizsla). They are listening to the sweet sounds of desensitizing music (sirens, crying, etc) and seem pretty nonplussed by that and the noises from the kitchen next door. They are still weighed twice daily, given lots of cuddles and belly raspberries, and get their “teefies” checked regularly for showring practice. We still have 2 spots left on our waiting list for this litter.

Wags N’ Brags

New Grand Champion! So it turns out that Rory, GCH LaTierra’s Rory O’Rourke from the Sadie X Tosci litter looks like he will be doing very well for 2014. He finished his Grand Championship at the Greater Fredericksburg Kennel Club on Friday, January 10th, 2014. It was a 4 point major. Rory defeated the #5 dog in the country for 2013. Go Rory Go!

Congrats to Charlie, CH LaTierra’s Charlemagne, who won Best of Breed at Pasco Florida Kennel Club this past Sunday, Jan 19th 2014. 5 points towards his Grand Championship! Charlie went select the other days with 8 points towards his GCH this weekend.

Congrats to Rory who went select 3 days at the Annapolis Kennel Club show, and Best of Opposite on Sunday this weekend.

Naughty N’ Nice Litter Day 25 & 26

The Naughty and Nice litter on day 25 getting their nails done. And, on day 26 they tried out the ex-pen for the first time for a few hours. I think it was tuckered them out because they mostly just slept. 🙂

Naughty N’ Nice Litter Week 3

Sadie and Havocs puppies have opened their eyes and are getting their first try of goat’s milk in a tray. Watching them trying to lap is absolutely adorable. I think more gets on their noses than actually inside them. This is day 19 and 20.
