Before filling out the application, please do read our sample contracts so you know what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you as a puppy buyer.
Note: We are not breeding until 2022.
Please fill out the Prospective Puppy Buyer Application/Questionnaire online form and it will automatically email us. It can take us up to 2 weeks to respond if we are traveling cross country for a dog show. Please send us a separate email (with pictures of your yard if you like) so that we know you have filled out the application and to check for it.
We may or may not have puppies currently available, but if your application is accepted for future litters, we will include you in our next buyer list as we develop it. We are looking for a mix of buyers who want boys or girls or both, want to do conformation and other dog events like rally, dock diving, hunting, etc. and those who want “just a well-loved pet”. Please do be honest about what you will likely want to do with your dog as it helps us better match a puppy’s temperament. Nature does not always cooperate so we may have to refer you to other reputable breeders if we do not get a puppy with the sex, temperament and conformation that would be appropriate.
I’m looking for an affordable vizsla puppy. I was wondering how much you sell them for and when your expecting a litter. Thanks
Hi Michelle,
We can email you with current prices, but it looks like we may not breed until the fall of this year. Puppies would be able to go home in November. There is still a possibility that we will breed in the Spring with puppies ready for the Summer, but we’re still researching sires.
I, too am looking for an affordable Vizla. Our much loved Weimeraner passed away in 2012 after 16 wonderful years and we are ready for a puppy. The Vizla is our new puppy choice and as we live in Santa Fe, you might be a good fit. Please email me with your current price list so we can proceed with our search.
Thank you,
Cynde Christie
Please fill out an application and we’ll respond with prices to your email address. Thanks for your interest!
Hi!
I was just wondering if you will have a spring litter. I know you said you were going to be breeding sometime in 2015, but I would love to have a vizsla right before the summer. Let me know! Thank you!
Hi Rachel,
We only breed one litter a year and when it is born is very much dependent on when the potential dam goes into heat. We do not a breed girl on back to back heats as it’s not good for her well being, and as a cycle is around 6-8 months and Lali was just bred this summer the math suggests she won’t be in heat until early summer at the earliest. That means puppies late summer at the earliest.
Thanks for the interest.
